As we discussed on the last webinar, I approach evaluation from a developmental and utilization-focused evaluation approach. The evaluation design and process varies with each individual project, but my overall approach is always consistent.
Which framework/approach do you gravitate toward? Do you find yourself identifying with or utilizing? Why?

Based on the March 19 webinar, I would say that I am most familiar with the Theory-driven Evaluation framework. I am new to the evaluation field and so have not had much experience beyond evaluating a single program, but this program was developed first at the federal level and then refined at the state level with structured outcome measures. It contains parts of the other frameworks, such as some flexibility and consideration of stakeholder needs, but this particular program's framework comes in a highly structured package.
