I tend to struggle the most with Kirklands training evaluation model the most. This is due in part to my preference for a broader evaluation, encompassing more than a single training experience. Often I find myself referring to the model though to help answer or address very specific components of an evaluation.
Which framework do you struggle with the most? Why?

Ironically, because I have only dealt with Theory-driven framework, I have not encountered any of the other models in practice and they remain theoretical to me.

I think that theory-driven is one of the most frequently used and has many strengths. For example, even with my utilization focus evaluation preferred approach, I find myself encouraging all of the groups I work with to develop logic models and theories of change to help them understand and be able to clearly demonstrate the underlying theory to their work. Have you encountered any particular challenges or anything in particular that you really like about the theory-driven framework?
